	Introduction
Star Rating: The location of HOTEL CATALONIA GAUDÍ could not be better: Madrid's Gran Vía at the intersection of Alcalá Street, a few metres from the Plaza Cibeles and Puerta del Sol. All of Madrid's main attractions are in walking distance from the Museum golden triangle to the Congreso de los Diputados to the "tapas" bars, etc. The remains of the building date from the beginning of the century, although it opened as a hotel only a few years ago. It was renovated in 2000 and still has the original neoplateresque façade of 1917. In the "La Pedrera" restaurant, our clients can sample excellent Catalonian and international dishes. The hotel also has a coffee-bar, meeting, convention and banquet rooms. The hotel also has other facilities such as a fitness centre with a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi free of charge.
